Everything. Not a 5-star hotel, but great value for money, excellent location and very helpful staff. Giovanni (? young Romanian man) in particular extremely cooperative.
Very slow draining shower recess

Near Train station, bus station and bus to airport. New renovation, small but clean.
Breakfast is not good enough. The streets around hotel are not clean. The hotel sign is to small and is on other side that is hard to see.

Location excellent, good value for money, clean well maintained rooms, friendly and helpfull staff. The use of the kitchen and the little rooftop garden helps with budget travelling.
The lift is small , but nothing can be done sbout that. However something can be done about the breakfast. It is hopelessly too sweet. Lots of people ourselves included bought our own breakfast food and only had some of their fruit juice and coffee. The computer keyboard can also be replaced

Great location, kind staff. Stayed at the 5th floor in a "Superior room", which includes air condition and tv. We had room 3, which is the last room on the corridor and unfortunately the wifi signal was not strong enough to reach it. The breakfast includes only sweet bakery, but it was all right, and also had a nice view from the terrace.

Rooms were a good size, large bathroom, very clean and open. Best sleep I have had in a hotel bed! 2 min walk from the main transport hub of Rome.
I was really impressed with the hotel if u are purely using it for somewhere to rest in between site seeing. The breakfast was pastries which was unusual but at least it was something.

we liked: 1) very convenient location. it`s really 100m to Termini (metro, trains) and to airports buses stop. "hop on hop off" bus stop is there, too. all the sightseeings and touristic places are in walking distance. we didn`t spend money on city transport at all except metro to get to Vatican. but, at the same time, if you don`t want to walk or tired it`s not the problem to get to the hotel from anywhere. 2) room (we had no.1) was quiet, good, clean, with all facilities including hairdryer. it was cleaned and the towels were changed every day. 3) breakfast (croissants, tarts, juice, coffe) was good and we were not hungry ))) 4) internet. we didn`t have our notebook with us but it was possible to use the computer at the reception. 5) staff is very good, friendly and english speaking, we didn`t have any problems.
there was nothing that we didn`t like

Breakfast, personal and cleaning were good. Being close to the central station was perfect for us. We could walk to most of the tourist places. I will recommend it for sure.
The room was small but it was not a problem.

the staff is really nice and helpfull (from the receptionist to the cleaning lady), and there are really a lots of transports to that area (Airport shuttle is 3 minutes away by foot, bus -lots of them-, train).
general room conditions (old, bad lightning, sometimes cold, and although we had private shower, the toilet is in the common area.)
